Testing 1,2,12
Well it’s the 1st day of the second month of the 12th year in this millennium, and yes we spelled it wrong in the video, that’s okay because in the first video the web pages didn’t fit inside the tablet properly. No biggie!
If you live in the USofA todays date will read 2112 as nice as that is and all, we decided to go with the British way of 1212 purely for aesthetics, we assure you.
Today is a soft launch, no parties, no celebrations, nada. We hope to build upon this site over time and we will appreciate your input.
Soon, we will start to introduce some tutorials. We intend to keep them topical and of course relevant, but know this! Only half of the world is on line as of yet. In the UK alone it is estimated that over 8 million people have never gone on line. In the US this could be considerably more, estimated at 2 Billion in 2010.
We will be writing about Tec and the Internet, mostly about things the we have encountered and have opinions on. Again, here is a place where your input would be most welcome.
Lastly, although we will be serious about the facts that we will share and the tutorials that we will offer, we would hope that you would not take us as HyperHippies that serious at all. This site will be built on fun and inasmuch as possible, humour.
We encourage you to engage with us where possible, talk to us, complain to us, but ultimately teach us.
