Quality spatial sound recording for meetings?!
So your at a meeting and you have forgotten your mp3 recorder or dictaphone, which in most cases is uni-directional any way, so no real loss there dude. But taking notes is a bummer and chances are whilst taking notes you miss parts of what’s going on?.
We have meetings everyday, and because we are so close to launch we may even have several in any given day. To take notes for every meeting can be quite daunting. So, one day we had a meeting about meeting notes, We Kid You NOT! we decided to look for an app that would take our notes for us “unlikely” or an app that would take a decent audio recording of the meeting with equal spatial quality.
We found this! AV HT Recorder for iPad it cost $6.99 but to be honest it’s actually worth it. There are a multitude of settings allowing you to set up the recording vicinity, and the recording quality is very good.
As far as we know it is only available for the IOS and the developer website doesn’t tell us otherwise, in fact it’s nothing special, but the app works and it works well.
If you know of an app that fits our requirements, especially one that might actually take our notes for us, then let us know, we would love to hear from you.
